At One Off Society, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for different products. We only provide size exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Size Exchanges Only

1.1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items. If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.

1.2. Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accommodate size exchange requests.

2. Conditions for Size Exchange

2.1. To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In the original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Free of any stains, marks, or signs of wear

2.2. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a size exchange.

3. How to Request a Size Exchange

3.1. To initiate a size exchange, please contact us at info@oneoffsociety.in with your order number and details of the size you wish to exchange for.

3.2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

3.3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Size Exchanges

4.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange conditions. If approved, we will process the size exchange and ship the new size to you.

4.2. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of size exchanges.
