At One-Off Society, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
1. Processing Time
1.1. All orders are processed within [number of business days, e.g., 1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
1.2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide free shipping and delivery for every products listed on our website. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Destinations
3.1. We currently ship only to pan India.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
4.1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and What's App message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
5. Damages
5.1. If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us via email and our support team will get back to you.
5.2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and document them before filing a claim.
5.3 All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package, thereafter One Off Society won't be responsible for damages.
